Bobby Wong, Scenic Photographer

Lest we forget, our staple begins on the threshing floor and before that: seeds planted on mountain steppes to feed the world. We take for granted those who plant and those who harvest, not by the efficient roar and smoke of robotic machines, but by hands so calloused from the pull and binding of stalks of grain and whose bodies are soaked from the sun beating on their backs.

In these images of Bobby Wong, we are taught the beginnings. That we may gain the wisdom to see its ends properly utilized and valued by generations.
