i see you.
i am looking through new eyes of wisdom
and i see you.
with your eyes shut and mind unaware,
words of supineness fall from your mouth.
i was once blind to your perfidious nature:
how respect has been omitted from the agenda
and replaced by condescension...
how the smiles fade
when i repress the innate urge to recite
tito... tita...
i see you.
i am looking through new eyes of virtue
and i see you.
with your hedonistsic hours of happiness,
void of reason or consequence.
i once embraced your ignorant indulges:
when ambition and responsibility fell quiet
as the echoes of exculpation awakened....
when liquid dreams of comfort and peace
melted the agony of evident sunrises...
i see you.
i am looking through new eyes of strength
and i see you.
with your countless comments and compliments,
your glorification reached objectification.
i once yearned to hear your fusillade of insults:
for the thoughts of desire that can only be heard
from whispers in the darkest nights...
for the cold violations
under the facade of sweet words and soft caresses...
i see you.
i am looking through new eyes of love
and i see you.
with your pretensions and oppression,
innocent hearts fall victim in your path.
i once sipped from your poisoned lips:
just to experience your tender devotion
an entity lost amongst pride and trepidation...
just to feel that burning heat from your shine,
whose origin, i found, was my compassion...
i see you now.
now,
you will see me.
