GRIEF GOD

You look and soon these two worlds
Leave you.

I already know that I leap out.
That absolutely alone.
I am such a long way in.

Gripping the endless and ground-shaking book of prayer.

Your details are my best strength
As curling birds climb into the witch of heaven.

I lie flat.

My possessions resemble efforts

I who feel close to you, my family.
Our house is like enormous riches.

It heals others, it makes me sick.
But I’m like a sick king, composed.

My feathers are marvelous.
I deceive you.
I still hold through the doors of the tomb trays.
I want to hold it.
